Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of azturns.com, operated by Turns, Burns & More LLC. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products & Handcrafted Nature
Every pen is turned by hand from natural wood or resin. Because of this, slight variations in grain, color, and figure are inherent to the craft and are celebrated as marks of authenticity rather than defects. Product images are representative; the piece you receive will be uniquely its own.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and availability, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, and to limit or cancel quantities, including after an order has been submitted.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our payment provider, Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case any charge will be refunded.
Pre-Orders
Some items may be offered for pre-order while out of stock. Pre-ordered items are charged at checkout and shipped once available. Estimated timeframes are approximate and not guaranteed.
Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping and a paid expedited option, calculated at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Returns & Refunds
If your pen does not delight you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Custom commissions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to Turns, Burns & More LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turns, Burns & More LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
