Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Information you share with us — your name, contact details, and order history — is used solely to fulfil your orders and respond to your enquiries. We never sell your data to third parties.
Refund Policy
If your pen does not delight you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition. Custom commissions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Policy
Each pen is carefully packaged in a protective keepsake sleeve and shipped within 3–5 business days. Complimentary domestic shipping is included; international rates are calculated at checkout.
Terms of Service
By placing an order you agree to our terms. Because each pen is hand-turned from natural wood, slight variations in grain and tone are inherent to the craft and celebrated as marks of authenticity rather than defects.
